My recent booking for a wellness retreat was largely positive. Upon arrival, the swim-up suite was exactly as pictured, and the spa treatments were very relaxing. However, I did notice that the promised premium liquor service in the room wasn't fully stocked when I arrived, and I had to call to get it replenished. Delivery of room service was prompt, though. The infinity pools were beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, a good experience, but they could pay a bit more attention to initial setup details.
